Contact form

When you send a contact request, we collect your name, the name of your business, your work email, your phone number if you provide it, the subject, your description and your preferred contact channel.

This information is used only to read your request and reply to you. It reaches us by email, sent through the Brevo service (Brevo SAS, a French company, data processed in the European Union). The site does not store it in any database of its own.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: for as long as it takes to handle your exchange with SBBI, then at most three years after the last contact.

Estimation assistant

The answers you give to the assistant are processed by a language model running on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers AI). Your conversations are not used to train artificial intelligence models.

The conversation session expires automatically after twenty-four hours and you can delete it at any time during the exchange. Your contact details (email, optional phone number) are only requested when the estimate is about to be displayed, with your explicit consent to be contacted. They are sent to us by email through Brevo, as with the contact form.

Do not share any patient data, health data or confidential information in the conversation: the assistant does not need it and will never ask for it.

Audience measurement

The site uses in-house audience measurement, with no cookies and no third-party service. We record only anonymised journey events: a session identifier transformed by an irreversible hash, the name of the step reached, the language and the timestamp. This data cannot identify you and is not shared with anyone.

The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

Bot protection

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person. This service may process your IP address and technical signals from your browser, strictly for that verification.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): site hosting, language model execution, bot protection and storage of audience measurement. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's Data Privacy Framework certification.
• Brevo SAS (France): sending notification emails to SBBI. Data processed in the European Union.

Marketing

Your request to be contacted, through the form or the assistant, is not consent to separate commercial marketing. You will not receive a newsletter or sales outreach without a separate request from you.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@sbbi.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
